Eligibility & Operations Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable personal transportation to travel across Miami-Dade County
  • Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Willing to use eco-friendly and pet-friendly products when requested
  • An active General Liability Insurance policy for your business operations, or willing to secure one

What the Intake Covers

  1. Personal & Contact Information

    Your full legal name, phone number, email address and current residential address.

  2. Eligibility & Operations

    Age, transportation, equipment and supplies, product preferences and your General Liability Insurance status.

  3. Experience & Service Specializations

    Your years of professional cleaning experience and the tiers and add-ons you execute flawlessly: standard maintenance, first-time deep cleans, move-in / move-out, deep oven restoration, refrigerator interiors, interior windows and sills, cabinet detailing and baseboard deep scrubs.

  4. Availability & Marketplace Preferences

    The days you are typically available to accept open jobs and your preferred maximum driving radius, from up to 15 miles to the entire Miami-Dade County.

  5. Document Uploads & Credentials

    Attach your professional resume or work history summary (PDF or Word) and, if active, a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI), which is pinned directly onto your digital contractor profile.

By signing the intake form, you certify that all information provided is accurate and true, and you understand that partnering with Novaklen Cleaning LLC is an independent contractor (1099) relationship based on flat-fee or percentage payouts per job, and does not constitute traditional hourly employment.
